This address is only the owner's registered address for legal purposes and notifications. It is not premises open to the public nor the place where the services are provided: SISU-NAILS works in Zaragoza exclusively by appointment, and the location of the appointment is sent to each client when it is confirmed.
2. Purpose
This website provides information about SISU-NAILS manicure, pedicure, brow, lash, waxing and facial treatment services in Zaragoza, the option to book an appointment online and to contact the salon, a gallery of work done, a testimonials section and a blog (in Spanish) with informative content on beauty care. Blog articles may be written with the help of artificial intelligence and are reviewed by the owner before publication; where that is the case it is stated at the foot of the article. That content is informative and does not replace the assessment of a healthcare professional.
3. Terms of use
Access to this website is free of charge. Reading the information, the gallery and the blog does not require registration. Booking an appointment online requires a client account (free registration with email and password, or via Google or Facebook) and being 16 or older; the booking remains pending until the salon confirms it by email. The conditions for appointments (confirmation, cancellation, prices) and gift cards are set out in the Booking and gift card conditions. Users undertake to make appropriate use of the site's content and services, to provide truthful information and not to use them for unlawful activities or activities that could damage, disable or overload the website.
4. Intellectual property and client content
The texts, images, graphic design and other content of this website belong to Gleidys Medina or are used with due authorisation. Their reproduction, distribution or public communication without the express authorisation of the owner is prohibited.
The gallery photos and published testimonials correspond to real work by the salon and are published only with the express authorisation of the client, using her first name. The client may withdraw that authorisation at any time by writing to info@sisunails.com, and the content will be removed from the website. Testimonials are reproduced as written by the client; at most they are shortened, never altered.
5. Third-party links
This site includes links to third-party services (Instagram, WhatsApp, Google for reviews, and Google/Facebook for sign-in) over whose content or privacy policies SISU-NAILS has no control and accepts no responsibility.
6. Applicable law
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from access to or use of this website, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that apply under the consumer protection legislation in force.
